We have determined that DelMonte's program is the most effective and comprehensive muscle building program on market today.

After an exhausting look at the results of various training programs, we noted increased strength and stamina from our participants. In addition, the significant muscle mass was seen and measured in comparison to other programs out there.

Aside from receiving high marks for strength and muscle building, we found that it was very important to have a program that any "Joe-trainee" could understand. The program also needed to be practical and easy to use.

Though the program was extremely comprehensive, it was also very straight forward in nature. No tricks, no up-selling, and easy to follow. Everything was explained in an effective manner.

We are confident that any new person jumping into weight lifting and body building can jump right in and get a grasp of the workouts and begin to see results relatively quickly. What's the catch? There is none really. De Monte's approach is to break down the way muscles develop and applying specific goals and objectives to each muscle group so that you get maximum results with the least amount of resistance.

No-Nonsense Muscle Building also offers a complete nutrition guide as well which was well worth the cost of the program alone. It also offered a sample meal plan which was helpful too. Certainly, someone who isn't well versed in nutritional science would get the most out of this program.

The only downside was that it really focused on new body builders and much of the focus is addressed to those just starting out. Still, even if you haven't read much about muscle building, this may be a good way to recap on the fundamental of effective way to build muscle mass and move forward quickly.

DelMonte covers the importance of diet, nutrition, real facts about 6 pack abs, and even anatomical issues of weight lifting to increase your results and lesson injuries, which are all very essential in developing muscle and athletic ability.
